    Millie Bolton

    Practice Manager

I hold a BSc in Biology from Royal Holloway, University of London, where my passion for medicine first took shape. Now, as a qualified Medical Secretary and Practice Manager, I focus on providing comprehensive support to our clinical team, allowing our doctors to dedicate their time and energy to what matters most — our patients.

My goal as Practice Manager is to ensure every patient receives a smooth, professional, and compassionate experience, while also implementing strategies that support the clinic’s long-term growth and innovation.

    Dr Saqib Ghani

    Consultant Cardiologist
    (MBBS, MRCP, FRCP)

In addition to my role at 4 Armed Health, I am a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Darent Valley Hospital, where I specialise in managing hypertension (high blood pressure), heart failure, palpitations, angina, and coronary angioplasty. Beyond my clinical practice, I play a pivotal role as the cardiac education, multidisciplinary team (MDT), and audit lead. I also serve as the Deputy Clinical Director for the Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.

  • Dr Fahad Iqbal

Consultant in acute medicine and cardiology (FRCP)

A career defined by clinical excellence and academic distinction, I am a consultant cardiologist and physician graduated as a Gold Medallist from the prestigious University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 2003. Following this achievement, I transitioned to the United Kingdom to complete an exhaustive training program, which included specialised tenure at the renowned Heart Hospital in London. Currently, I serve as a Consultant in Cardiology and General Internal Medicine at the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, while simultaneously holding the academic appointment of Assistant Professor in Medicine at St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada.

With an expansive clinical background, I manage a high-volume and complex workload across the departments of cardiology and acute medicine. My leadership was instrumental in the establishment of the local Joint Cardiology and Cardiothoracic (JCC) meeting at North Middlesex, which I currently lead. This vital forum facilitates multidisciplinary decision-making for complex cardiac patients requiring advanced interventions such as percutaneous coronary intervention, heart valve surgeries, and coronary artery bypass grafting. Furthermore, I maintain an active interventional role by performing cardiac catheterization procedures at the North Middlesex University hospital Trust.

Beyond my clinical and procedural expertise, I am deeply committed to medical education and the professional development of the next generation of doctors. I take a primary role in training junior physicians and cardiology registrars, an effort that has been recognised with several "Excellence in Clinical Education" awards over successive years.

My practice encompasses the comprehensive management of all general cardiology conditions, with a specific focus on investigating symptoms such as palpitations, breathlessness, chest pain, dizziness, and syncope. I also possess extensive experience in treating atrial fibrillation, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, with a strong emphasis on the screening and long-term prevention of cardiovascular disease.

    Barry Bolton

    CEO

Let me begin by saying I’m not medical, I am first and foremost a patient. It was my experience as a client that led me to want to invest and help create 4 Armed Health. I wish to give people the same second chance that I was given as a result of undertaking some routine screening tests. It has been literally life changing.
